Daily Cycle Syncing Ritual

I love this tea. I haven't noticed significant changes yet but I love the fact that the guesswork is taken out of which herbal blend to have at each point during your cycle. I love the taste of each blend and look forward to my cup of tea every day!

The teas are delicious and smell lovely - it's become part of my winding down for the day. I dont know about effectiveness yet, but i'm willing to try for a few months.

I was excited to try these at first to get into cycle syncing and I wasn’t expecting much in terms of taste…but these are GOOD! I look forward having my cup every morning. I’m only on my second box so I can’t speak to the physical effects yet.
