I contacted customer service and asked which ballistic insert would best fit my Vertex Gamut bag. They responded promptly and sent me a direct link to the ballistic insert. They offered a 5 year warranty and also accepted returns. Shipping was fast and I received the product in tact with no damage. The ballistic insert fit perfectly. My biggest fear was that the insert would not fit and I would be stuck with a ballistic insert! I cannot give a review of this ballistic insert and its effectiveness because I have not had to use it and hope that day never arrives. However, all the videos I have watched, the ballistic insert far exceeded it’s capabilities!

I was incredibly frustrating with the shipping experience through USPS and got a follow up call to assist. As explained they have software that will select the best carrier based on customer location and this time it was not the best option. I appreciate the care and time given to me as a new customer.
