ATE® GEN2 Ballistic Helmet | NIJ IIIA High-Cut – Hard Head Veterans

This is my second helmet I’ve tried

I honestly can’t remember who I got the first one through but it wasn’t comfortable to wear long, so far this one has been able to sit quite well on my noggin. I really like the bag and will fit well with the plate carrier on the back. The nods fit right in and everything seems well made. Solid job boys 🫡

Great helmet

As a TP-C this helmet is perfect for my use. Light and well constructed with a wide selection of padding that comes in the box so you can adjust it to your comfort level. On top of that, having HHV so close to home in Texas is a win!

ATE gen2 is awesome

Got my ATE gen2 right before 4th of july. Sizing was right as per recommendation. Surprisingly, for a ballistic helmet, it does not weigh as heavy as I thought it would compared to their bump (my first hhv helmet). Basic padding it came with is already comfortable so I can only imagine what the micro lattice could do. Best thing about the ATE gen2 is the quality of the product for the price you pay! MLOK accessories are easy to find with common gear supply and hhv site as well. With nvgs (20 Oz) and counterweight at the back, it feels well balanced and kept in place with their retention system. A3s shroud worked well with the nocturn alpha mount. Only thing I wish was the qd be optional for those of us not jumping out of planes. 10/10 cheers boys!!
