Works great!

Love how easy it is to install and works as advertised

Chin strap doesn’t have velcro

It was pain to swap out the headgear in order to install the retention system. The headgear for the retention was missing the important Velcro that sticks to the inside of the hard hat. I had to install it myself. Also headgear sits rather high on top of the head. I wish it had a lower fit, there’s no way to adjust it.

It is a lot more comfortable and fits a lot better
