Under-Eye Setting Powder

Had high hopes but falls short

I was hoping this would be similar to the soft focus setting powder and was nice in a smaller format to travel with. But it seems like the powder is too packed and I can’t get any product onto my brush, so I feel like it does nothing. Bummed that this didn’t work for me.
