Installation was straight forward and the lock works well.
My current complaint is that the Air application forces you to assign a code to every user, there is no option send a digital key only as is possible with the U-Tec app. I manage a rehearsal space and I issue a number of keys for long periods, I prefer not to have to worry about updating and managing codes. I know users can still share app credentials to access the space, but this is vulnurability I prefer over having to constantly change access codes. I hope the developpement team can allow Air to create users without an access code or without automatically sending the code to said user... Otherwise great product and much smoother than our previously discontinued Kevo lock and hub. Cheers!
