These things are awesome. The grips are thinner & more comfortable for a lot of my regular exercises than traditional kettlebells, the neoprene provides good grip and their stability lends to making them a decent set of paralletes. Using them as dumbbells is also totally viable - holding them at center grip, their profile is compact enough to comfortably use for bicep or hammer curls without banging into your legs. A little pricey, but an easy 10/10 for me. Hand (XL) and 16kg Ethos kettlebell for scale.

Happy we ordered the Neo ybells. Multiple uses as plank rows, hip swings and bicep curls. We will be sending videos as we use these new additons.
