Stayed Dry

I haven’t been wearing these for long yet as it’s taking me time to build up my body to wear them comfortably for longer periods each week. I thought because of wearing grounded footwear all of this spring and summer that the exercises I had been doing would have been adequate. But they weren’t. I implemented additional exercises to accommodate these shoes and now I’m better, but still increasing my time slowly. I wore them shopping during a heavy rainstorm a few days ago. I didn’t slip in the store and my feet stayed dry. I’m confident that these shoes are going to be just what I need. Also , per suggestions made by other reviewers and from one of your staff members, I sized up from a 9 to a 9.5. They fit perfectly. Thank you.

Surprisingly comfortable!

Surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. I’m looking forward to walking in them. I did order an 8 1/2 but I had to exchange them for a 9. I’ve never worn a nine but that’s OK. I didn’t want my toes hitting the end.

My boyfriend has worn LEM for years...

So I'm giving them a try. I hiked a bunch in them last week. They are pretty good! I have to tie the top of the laces pretty tight so my foot doesn't slide forward & start jamming. I have never had to buy a 8 1/2 shoe, ever. I'm always an 8. Then I noticed with LEM the 8 1/2 is the equivalent of a 39euro & 39 is always my size also. So 8 1/2 it is. The sole is nice and grippy on the trail. I'm focusing a lot on biomechanics of how I walk and along with the shoes my feet, knees, & hips felt great!
