Larger size required
I currently have four different Lems models: three are size 11 but the Primal Zen's are 12 in order to fit the top of my foot which does not like too much pressure. They feel a bit long but size 11 and 11.5 did not work.

Awesome shoes that look and feel good. I do however feel like the laces are going to be a problem. They don’t stay tied very well on a single knot…

Very comfortable and roomy.
I have been using barefoot style shoes for a few years now. I appreciate that these have a little more sole than other pairs I have used, working 12hr shifts in an ER requires a little more sole. These provided the roominess and support combined that I needed, with other brands I seemed to have to sacrifice one for the other. This is my second pair of Lems and I will be purchasing more.
