Red & Hot Pink Rose Bouquet

I ordered the 50 roses with chocolates and the happy birthday decoration for my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, the roses were not fresh and looked dead, unlike the pictures on their website. Moreover, my wife’s chocolates and happy birthday decoration were missing from the box. I didn’t receive the order until late Friday, lex and roses are closed on the weekend, so I was quite upset. I called Monday morning and expressed my dissatisfaction, requesting a full refund. They insisted on seeing pictures, but I had already provided them with all the details about the missing chocolates and birthday decoration. After she saw the pictures, she informed me that she would speak to her manager. She replied that the manager had offered to refund the chocolates and shipping cost.I still haven’t received any email confirmation from the shop regarding the refund, and I may have to dispute it with my bank. I strongly advise against buying from this place; they are terrible.
