I ordered a bouquet of 75 roses for a birthday gift, and overall I had a positive experience with Lex & Roses. The email communication was prompt, kind, and courteous from start to finish. Tracking information was provided, which I appreciated, but the tracking system itself could use some improvement. The estimated delivery window changed multiple times throughout the day, starting as a late morning delivery, then moving to early afternoon, and eventually not arriving until early evening. Because this was a special surprise, the recipient ended up putting much of their day on hold waiting for the delivery. That said, when the flowers finally arrived, they were absolutely stunning!!!! The bouquet was large, elegant, feminine, and felt like something fit for a princess. The arrangement had a beautiful, soft, girly aesthetic that immediately caught everyone’s attention. While a few blooms could have been a bit fresher considering the price point, the overall presentation was breathtaking!!!!!! Most importantly, the recipient has been going through a difficult time with their health, and these flowers brought a genuine smile to their face. Seeing how much joy and comfort they provided made the purchase worthwhile. Despite the delivery delays, the beautiful arrangement and excellent customer service left a lasting impression. I would purchase from Lex & Roses again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly gorgeous statement bouquet! 🩷

She absolutely loved it! From the presentation, to the wrap to the smell of the freshly lovely flowers. I will definitely be coming back again. This was absolutely beautiful. 10 stars!
