Happy Birthday

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent delivery. The arrangement I received looked poorly put together, as if it were assembled at the last minute, 3 of the flowers are already dead. Additionally, I had requested that the delivery be made before 9:00 AM. Instead, I received a call on the day of the delivery stating that it could not be delivered until 11:00 AM, and that if I did not accept that timeframe, it would be sent via an Uber delivery. I look forward to your response regarding how this situation can be resolved.

The Flowers were very beautiful. But the delivery wasn’t good because in the instructions i put delivery to the person. The left it at the door, they didn’t even knock at the door . After that good job.just work on the deliveries service.Thank you
