Terribly overpriced for the product. An equivalent bouquet of the same quality that same day was purchased by my brother for literally 13% of the price at Publix. Even worse, when I first received the flowers at pickup the white flowers were all yellowed. I had to request they be replaced with white flowers. If I had made the mistake for opting for delivery they would have simply arrived like that. This was my first and last time ordering from your company.

I placed my order the day before a graduation and the person on the phone said it’s better to order online, even though I was already on the phone with him. So I did. I wrote in the “Special Instructions” section that I would be picking up the bouquet between 12:30 and 1:00. The day I was supposed to pick up the bouquet, I called Lex & Roses around 12:15 when I was on my way to the store and the person on the phone said it wasn’t ready yet but it should be ready by 1:00. I said that was fine. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from someone else saying that unfortunately they were not able to complete my order because they didn’t have the correct flowers that I requested. So I asked, why was this not communicated to me sooner? Like yesterday when I placed the order or this morning? Not now as I’m on my way to pick it up. Then she said, ok I’ll call you back. I waited 15 minutes and got no call back so I called again. They said they were trying to get flowers delivered from the warehouse and the bouquet could be ready by 2:00. I said no, I have to be at the graduation by 2:00. That’s unacceptable. So she put me on hold again. When she came back, her solution was for me, THE CUSTOMER, to drive to their warehouse to pick up the bouquet to cut down on the delivery time. Fine, I went. When I get to the warehouse, I waited a little and then when they brought out the bouquet it didn’t look like what I ordered online, they had things in it that I didn’t order, and the personalized card that I ordered was missing. I paid $235 for this bouquet and this WAS NOT a $235 experience. This was actually ridiculous for this type of company. Yes, after calling back again, they refunded me $50, but for the type of experience I had that day, I feel like it should have been more. But the refund isn’t even the biggest disappointment. When you’re paying these types of prices you should most definitely have a better experience than I did.
