Great Product Not Without It's Problems

I am very happy dealing with Cafe Tech. They provide excellent service start to finish. The Eureka Mignon Libra espresso grinder had an issue. The grinder does what it does very well. It grinds beans to exacting weight and grind specifications. The problem I had is that the LED screen on the actual unit came with problems (flickering) and eventually one side of the screen failed in the first week. Cafe Tech responded quickly to determine what could be done to repair it. I expect to have the problem fixed in the next few weeks. Disappointing on a new and expensive machine. If its the worst thing that happens to the machine over the course of its life I guess I will not complain too much. Baring this issue, it a great machine.

Grind by Weight

Just been using for a few days and couldn't be happier. It takes all the extra work out of having to weigh your grinds. Less of a mess as it neatly dispenses into the portafilter. Very happy with the purchase.
