Eureka Mignon Facile Espresso Grinder

My first *good* espresso grinder

Moved on from Breville Smart Grinder. The Facile is really all you need to get a good espresso grind provided you use a scale. I use Facile in single shot mode; the output is always within 0.1 gram of input. Dialing in fineness is the trick you have to learn and having a good taste sense. I save the purged grounds in the fridge for my Mocha. Good product and thanks to Joe for nudging me toward it!
