Bestselling Coffee Taster Pack

I ordered the taster pack based on the coffees shown in the product image, but received different coffees, including two blends.Immediately after the image shown came the Apple Pay button, clearly creating a different expectation to what actually arrived. What disappointed me most was the way this was handled: although it was acknowledged that the image did not match what was sent, there was no real recognition that this is misleading from a customer perspective, no goodwill gesture, and my follow-up email received no reply. Overall, disappointing both in presentation and customer service.

Nice Surprise

A practical purchase to repair my chilli bottles, bought 3 different coffees on impulse, If the first bag of French coffee is anything to go by will be back for more. I can see why it won a Taste award. Richard
