SmartWash Elongated Bidet: Electric & Remote-Controlled

It was a replacement for one of your earlier models. Very disappointed. The remote locks up regularly. It is also long and difficult to place because it is horizontal instead of vertical. It is overly complex .The light does not have an automatic setting to come on when it gets dark like the original one. The water comes out cold and warms up slowly. Last but not least there is very low water pressure. I really miss the older model.
