SoftPro™ Elite Smart HE - Best Water Softener for City Water

We purchased the water softener and filter for our home. We never had softener in our house before but I think installing this combo would be extremely easy if you already have the plumbing setup for a water softener.

I had three different soft water systems prior to SoftPro. SoftPro is the only system which has worked for us. We are very pleased with the results. Our water went from a hardness of 17-18 to 0 hardness. Definitely would recommend SoftPro.

Installation went well (handled by a plumber), but I had to initiate a regeneration after noticing hardness in the water. I had hoped that the system would have detected excessive hardness and executed a regeneration on its own.
