Excellent customer service

I ordered the Navy/American flag for my husband for Christmas. It showed shipped but tracking still showed it at the post office. I sent an email and Allison shipped me another flag which I got the day before Christmas. Their customer service is excellent! The flag is beautiful. Made very well.
