Asita

I ordered 4 of the Asita slate stone panels. Out of the box, each panel had some kind of white spotting on them. I had to scrub them to remove and some of the stone material was removed as well. The panels were super light in weight and very flexible, which I liked. However, one of the four panels was basically one solid color and did not flow with the pattern of the other 3 panels. I called customer service to just order a different design and the man who answered treated me like i was disturbing him in some way. He no sense of customer skills or quality service. By my response to his lack of sincerity, I think he realized I was very disappointed in his tone and manner. He wished me a “lovely day”, however, I refuse to give STONOVIA anymore of my business. Customer Service will make or break you. Issues will arise and I am willing to work with you if you are showing concern and interest in the customer. He was more bothered than concerned.
