First: A+ customer service, I put that above everything. Calling is easy and email responses are provided in a highly respectable timeframe. Second: the floors are incredible! Opened a box and there wasnt a repeat. Opened a second and still found new paterns. Some repeats from the second box were previously discovered patterns flipped or offset so it was still tough finding ones that were perfect matches; this is exactly what you want. I've only just started my install, am having no trouble and the look is fantastic! Would recommend to not sleep on this company and the flooring products. Better than big box stores a thousand percent.
