All I wanted were readers that had a longer depth of field. I look at monitors all day long and they are never at the "optimal" distance. These are amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by the personal touch. The overall transactional experience was just like any on-line purchase: cold and efficient. But... when I received the package, there was a hand written personal note and a card indicating who did the final review and packaging! Very nice touch! Tom
