R5 Remote for Backfire Electric Skateboards

Works perfectly with my Ranger X5. Check compatibility with your board. Confusingly, backfire named their other remote the “R5S” which sounds like a “better” version of this remote but it will not work. It’s a completely separate remote. The remote is well built. I miss my halo remote though that I lost. But this one is perfectly fine. It’s light weight, screen is clear, and feels solid.

The replacement remote doesnt allow me to reach the same speeds as my other original halo remote.
