Patrick took care of me when the Post Office failed to scan the package and send the needed bearings to get me back to rolling. Waterborne customer support is excellent!

After 3 years, my surf adapter suddenly lost all resistance and would freely swing back and forth. When I opened it up, the bushing was basically disintegrated. It was actually a little challenging to remove all of the pieces (had to use a drill to get it out). Got a replacement bushing and a bearing kit, and it feels good as new.
