Backfire R3 Wireless Remote with OLED Display

I have had my backfire longboard for over 3 years. My remote decided it didn’t want to work anymore so I got a new one and paired it up. I have had 0 issues and love being able to ride my longboard again!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've purchased the Backfire R3 Wireless Remote with OLED Display after losing my original remote. Both replacement remotes have failed in less than a month. After the first replacement stopped working, I contacted your support team and was informed that spare parts are not covered under warranty. Despite that, I purchased a second remote, and unfortunately, the exact same issue has occurred again. The remote has stopped charging, and it will no longer power on. Since this is the second replacement that has failed with the same problem in such a short period, I believe this may be a product quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and provide a suitable solution.

Backfire shipped this out to me in less than a week. Thank you for being a great company. The remote is pretty durable and feels comfortable. I recommend gradually releasing the wheel versus just letting go when accelerating. The button for switching modes could be bigger so I don't feel like I have to look at the remote when switching. The hole is too small to put my finger in. The leash could be stretchy and maybe a little bigger.
