Fair Trade Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

I found a new favorite espresso bean!

It's VERY hard to find organic decaf Yirgacheffe. Not only does this fit the bill, it's fair trade and I haven't found a better price anywhere. The decaf is on the darker side of medium (which is to be expected as decaf generally appears darker). Normally I like Yirgacheffe to be a super light roast, however the I was pleasantly surprised by the complex flavor these beans offer. This is my new go-to for daily espresso!
