Been using the bourbon honey (from the extra gift set) in my tea and pancakes (in place of maple syrup) thus far. Honey flavor is delicious/pronounced, along with just a hint of bourbon after taste. I think a squeeze of honey isn't enough to sweeten the tea I typically make for the work week, but that's probably due to ratio issue on my part.

I ordered the Peach Raw Honey and it has a very mild but excellent flavor. Nothing like the honey I have bought at different stores so I can’t compare it to anything. I’m very pleased with this and worth the wait.
