As advertised. Went together relatively easy. Be advised, if you order an additional platform, there is not guidance as to how to put them on or where. Pretty much your choice. Don't worry when assembling about how shaky it seems. As soon as you put final post to ceiling and tighten, everything snugs up. Cats love it. Would purchase again.

Fantastic customer service

I had a column end piece pop out and a screw insert with a cross thread. The customer service promptly replied and resolved everything over a HOLIDAY weekend!!! Could not ask for better support. They also sent extra pieces, because I ordered too tall a tower, so now it will fit my ceiling height. No questions. No extra charge. Everything else with the cat tower is very high quality. Highly recommend!!! Get one if you are thinking about it!

I recently purchased the Floor-to-Ceiling Cat Tree from Petomg and had a great experience both with the product and their customer support. During installation I discovered my ceiling created a small fit issue with the top section. I contacted their support team, explained the situation, and they took the time to understand the problem rather than sending a generic response. They quickly shipped a replacement part so the tower would fit properly, which made the whole process simple and hassle free. The cat tree itself is excellent. The materials feel sturdy, the design looks clean and modern, and the floor-to-ceiling tension system is very stable, even with my two 15+ lb cats climbing and lounging on it. I also appreciate the modular design that allows the shelves to be rearranged if desired. Overall, a great product backed by genuinely helpful customer support. Highly recommended.
