Ceramic Fountain Pump Replacement

PERFECT!!!

I didn't realize that Happy and Polly offered replacements on the pumps and after trying SEVERAL times to order a replacement on Amazon, I was so thankful to find the exact item I needed. It's been working perfectly and I was especially grateful it came with other replacement parts in case I need them as well in the future!

Great to have to replace worn out parts

My last pump called it quits and I ordered this as soon as possible, so there wouldn’t be a long wait for my kitties to get their ceramic water fountain working again. Love that with this new pump version, there is a blue light that illuminates when the fountain is running and has plenty of water. Since it’s summer, my kitties have been drinking more water than usual, and when the water level got low, the light changed to flashing red and blue. I cleaned the fountain and refilled it with fresh water, then the light went back to solid blue. It looks great as a subtle light night light for my cats to see the fountain at night, and the kit contains almost everything needed for the fountain to work. The only thing I forgot was to order more circular filters, since that is not included, and silly me forgot about that. So when I got this, and realized I had no more filters, I had to order them, which meant my kitties had to wait again. I decided to be smart and order a second replacement pump kit to get the discount deal, and to not have to worry about this situation again. Great deal, since these pumps last anywhere from 10-12 months, if not more, when properly used and cleaned. Now my kitties are happy to have their water fountain back again!

Pump is too strong. Splashes water over the edge

Even on the lowest setting, the pump still causes water to splash over of the rim of the water fountain. I’ve gotten up several times and found a large pool of water outside of the fountain. Luckily I put the fountain in a tray to contain any water that splashes out. If I hadn’t done that, it would have ruined my floors. Not sure what to do because there is even an adjustable usb that plugs into the fountain and it’s still too strong.
