It took a while but I do feel clearer in my recall. It's still early days but I'm expecting my cognitive abilities e.g reasoning, learning, and remembering to improve even more so!😃

I have added to my daily supplements

I have started taking Lions Mane, along with some additional supplements. It can be very subjective without actual analysis of improved health but since taking I certainly recognise an improvement in my general well being. I am 60 and any investment in improvement of my health is worth every penny.
