The Hostage Mouth Tape usually stays in place overnight. I have found removing the paper from the sticky side gets easier the more I do it. Actively keeping my lips between my upper and lower teeth is not difficult when applying the tape, but having my lips stay that way is not helped by the way I put on the tape. Once I got it on so that my lips could stay between the upper and lower teeth and I hope to find out just how I did it!
