Murder by cardio/core deck, great exercise selection and variety

for My first workout I only did 20 cards in the cardio/core deck before hitting the punching bag And I was getting knots and cramps in the abs right away for a few days. Very tough workout and I hope to progress into hitting these decks daily. Those Spider-Manplanks and the Russian twist really stretched your boy out something serious

Looking forward to great results!

I got all 3 decks in great shape. I haven’t gotten started on them yet because I recently got out of the hospital, but I look forward to using them all the time as soon as possible, and returning to a body like I had decades ago!
