Lemon Herb

I bought this specifically for using with my grilled Salmon. I have been using an "Alaskan Salmon" seasoning but it was mostly salt. This is a great addition to my seasoning collection.

I love all of Trish's spice mixes but Lemon Herb is absolutely a 'heavy hitter' in this kitchen and our RV (weekend warriors over here!). It literally can be used on any dish and livens it up! I am not completely out of the first bottle- but ordered a 2nd because I never want to be without it. Thanks Trish! (I bought a little wire basket/rack on Amazon so all of these little workhorses could hang together when I am cooking!).

Just made a Mediterranean salad and this was the seasoning. No need to grab several individual spices just lemon herb with champagne vinegar & lemon infused olive oil I bought in Sorrento! Delish! I used to think it was too oregano forward but now I just love it. It’s great for fish, chicken and made a lemon pasta with chicken, amazing! And I love yellow so I repurposed this container as a bead holder. Adds color to my craft table!
