I love your spice blends and today my daughter in law opened her birthday package with your spice blends. I will be sharing the ricotta pasta trick which you shared on a Where’s Trish cooking episode. I use that trick with the lemon herb blend with all my pasta recipes as that trick increases the protein which is always a plus for diabetics. Sweet heat is used on pork chops and salmon but also used when roasting broccoli!

Stealing an idea from Freezer Meals and downsizing it, I packed up ~ 3/4# of boneless, skinless chicken breasts trimed and sliced into strips into quart sized freezer bags. I then added 1/4 cup olive oil and a TBSP of your spice blend, squeezed out air and sealed. Popped them flat into an 8x8 pan (in a layer) and froze. Once frozen you can remove the pan. Easy to store and camp with and fantastic on the grill. *I recommend labeling the bag before filling it!*

I have a vacation home where I like to keep things very streamlined and simple. These spices are about all I need in my spice cabinet in order to make all kinds of delicious meals! I love each of them, and love how much depth of flavor they give my cooking. Simple but complex in flavor profile! Win win!! 👏
