Amazing bike from and amazing store!

Bought a matte black State 4140 bicycle from Belcopia and I have to say it was the best experience I have had from beginning to end. Nelson reached out as soon as I put the order through to let me know I can contact him if I had any questions. Well I ended up using the wrong credit info and he cancelled the previous order so I can put the right details. No qualms no complaints. Even put the previous coupon on. Then once I put the next order through I realized the frame size I picked was going to be way to big and reached out to see if he could swap for the smaller 55 frame. Nelson said he would do his best to accommodate the request. Bike came super quick and packaged well. Had tracking from send off to arrival and wouldn’t you know it he got me the 55. This place is simply fantastic from initial contact to end. Superb customer service and communication with buyer and great prices compared to other retailers.
