Shipping nightmare

I can’t ride the bike because my order for the post was not delivered on time. Order (6/29/26) with all accessories finally arrived (7/22/26). Totally disappointed in shipping and customer service as I communicated ALOT. Frustrating that I couldn't ride my bike waiting for seat post shipping delay and couldn't take on our camping trip with my grandkids. I have only ridden it once since I programmed everything and it seemed like a nice ride but not enough time for me to comment on how the battery holds up or how the gears shift. I will just hope the weather holds out so I can more time for a ride and get acquainted with my unit.

Bike Riding Is So Much Fun!

This bike has been so much fun to ride. I'm riding 10-15 miles per ride and my charge lasts about a week. The pedal assist is so smooth - much better than other e-bikes I've ridden. I did a lot of research and decided this was the bike for me - and I'm so glad I did!
