Fenix HT18R V2.0 Long-Distance Flashlight

Long Distant Bright!

I live on a 34 acre tree farm. The house is at the top of a sloped hill 200' higher. Have a barn 700' away, a shop 1100' away and a lower field 1600' away. Bought this flashlight to clearly see those areas at night when the dogs get to barking. The HT18R works fantastic. It will clearly light the side of the barn/shop on high. Used for the lower field,(1600' is a long way) it is bright enough to distinguish, show movement & eye reflections. We don't use it enough to ever drain the battery, and it barely gets warm from our use. I've had several other flashlights over the years; this is the first one to actually be bright enough to clearly see at these distances. It is not too large and is well made and easy to use. I expect it will last a long time. This is the light that sits on the counter by the door-ready to go when needed. If I need another flashlight, I would happily buy this again.

Strong Beam

The Flashlight is very durable and has a great beam to light up over an acre away. A bit costly but gets the job done.

Lighting the way

Very good lighting. Powerful tool for lighting the way. Easy to operate and very durable. Easy to carry, fits in my pocket. I use the medium setting which is more than enough lighting even in dark outside areas where there is no lighting. Awesome flashlight.
