A powerful chiller that supplies heat or cooling plus an inflatable tub that gets very ridged with an insulating lid. I went with this set up not knowing exactly where the perfect location would be. Easy to move around and I can swap the tub for something more stainless and wood when I figure my whole set up out. The inclined ends make it more comfy which helps me plunge for longer. This company has very quality products and we have recently found that the customer support is very quick to reply and super hands on it helping to troubleshoot. They even did a video call to walk me through the parts I was uncomfortable doing on my own. That was most impressive! They then followed up after the call with a tracking number and sent an extra part that we needed to replace due to our very hard water.(Which we are going to rectify next!) Thank you for making things so quick and easy. I didn't know what to expect with my first experience in needing support. The response and professionalism far exceeded my expectiations!
