One of. . if not the best, glitter liner on the market! I have mature eyelids and was pleasantly surprised and impressed of how this formula didnt settle into my lines, and it lasted for hours. . until I took it off. The color is gorgeous, and worth every penny.

felt cheap, doesn't apply very well, looked more multichromatic in the picture, slightly irritating.

I haven't been able to try it because apparently it takes WEEKS to even ship anything.
