An excellent product. One of the few probiotics I've found, and from a good brand, that includes a diverse mix of bifido strains, which are foundational for the gut, especially if you've had any extreme gut issues. Most probiotics are mostly lacto strains only. I saw immediate results with this after a couple of weeks of taking, including less bloating when eating and better digestion (after the initial settling in period), and definitely recommend this to 'reset' your gut bacteria.
