Melon & Toffee Ethiopia

Must take some extra brewing effort

What I have brewed so far is a very nice coffee, it's not exactly melon and toffee. Just a really pleasant coffee. Much better than shop bought stuff or even high street chain coffees, but muted compared to some single origin lighter roasts I've tried from elsewhere. I'm using the 'Hoffmann' formula for creating a V60 brew. 15g, adding 100ml every 20 seconds until 250ml per person.

Good

We liked it, though we couldn't taste the melon. It is an excellent coffee, however. That said, it turned out much better as a cold brew than served hot.

Not tasty

This didn’t taste much of anything. Definitely not like it was described. Cancelled my subscription
