Nice and mellow with a distinct roasted flavor. If you don’t like grassy green teas, hojicha is a good alternative. I wish the roast came through a bit more in mine. Still, very soothing and easy to drink. Good for bedtime.

We were looking for a different green tea. This is a fantastic, roasted green that has wonderful flavor. We have tried it hot and cold and enjoy both. Highly recommend.

With the right recipe (use your preferred LLM to guide you) this powder makes an excellent beverage. I hope to make a cafe and sell it I'm so in love with the output. Caution: I drank 2 (1 Tbspn dose in each) one afternoon and then 0 the next day and had a caffeine headache so beware of that. Buy it. Buy it now. Or else
