Overall love the water bottle! It keeps the water fresh and chilled all day. Shipping was delayed but it was well worth the wait!

Would have given a higher rating but the diffusers I ordered came months later with very little update about the status. I even ordered my second bottle. Was disappointed.

It has been a very good purchase. I have been buying from you for a long time and have never had any complaints. My labs have come back with a good pH. It keeps the water cold for hours despite being in the sun, incredible! Thank you for this product.
