This is my go to base malt with very high diastatic power.

A curious change

I haven’t yet used this, as it is for a stout I am brewing on my birthday in a month+ that I will put into a barrel to age for a year. It smells great, though, and I think the bready, toffee-like flavors will really fill it out.
