Weyermann's Isara 1924 Heirloom Malt

Great Stuff. Adds that Very light Toasted/Biscuit flavor to Blonde Oktoberfests like Paulaner's Weizen. Gives a wonderful malt flavor and combined with a nice grassy and spicey hop makes you think you are standing in a German Field. I use around 5 lbs (25%) in a 10 gallon batch along with your base malt.
