I can not even give 1 star their customer service is all but non existent they don’t send the products that you have ordered then the products stop working after one use brought a new cord as found burn marks worked 2 more times then the product shorted my entire electrical system out - Never buying from again

Great products easy to use

Tried all three and loved all three. First: thanks for support for responding to my email. Wasn’t sure if this was legitimate or not. Since there were people saying fake or item didn’t show. I received mine within a week of ordering shabuki: cooked nice ramen, so quickly. I like the steamer option too. And you can cook (human interaction) in the pot (ie if you want some stirfry… Itaki bentos : cut cook and set….I did mushroom risotto in it and it turned out quite beautiful. Still have to figure out what is the right quantity for the water so that it doesn’t go too long. Steaming of vegetables can also be done in the bento Going to try more recipes
