Good Purchase

Comfortable. Fairly easy to assemble. The gray seat fabric isn't the nicest colour. Although open box, there were no signs I could see of prior use or damage, so a good deal relative to the price for new. Not 5 stars as some of the levers/adjustments really require strength, and one of the arm adjusters keeps loosening itself, which causes the arm to wobble.

The back lumbar support is uncomfortable. Feel like touching plastic. Not soft

Good chair, easy assembly

I bought an "open box" chair so I wasn't expecting perfectly new, but I also wasn't expecting grey and black fingerprints all over the white frame of the chair. One of the arms in particular is very grubby, which wasn't an amazing experience upon opening it up. I'm hoping I can clean it off. The chair itself is very comfy although I wish the lumbar support went a little higher. I'm sturdy at 5'1", so I need a little more space for my behind, but otherwise need things adjusted smaller/closer. I am pleased with the seat pan adjustment. I do wish the arms moved a little more, but that's a detail.
