GYMPROLUXE Band and Bar set 2.0 (Summer Bundle)

Used it for the first time today not easy but i will keep at it and im sure i will get results, plus good tutorials.

Excellent! Have completed 3 workouts this week and aching all over. Feels like i have been to a gym for far less £ and much more convenience.

Can use this anywhere which is great. All three bands are very strong. Can only use the lightest and even that is strong. Could do with 3 lighter bands less weight. Other than that is good.
