I bought this mostly for the push up positions and the ab wheel....I love the ease of use and I'm figuring out alot more uses! I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchace!

It's like having a workout trainer.

My husband loved this push up routine. Makes working out easy. It guides you right through all the positions to target all the chest/arm muscles. We haven't used it to it's full potential with the other attachments yet.
