The product itself is great, but the size guide is inaccurate and the return process has been extremely frustrating. My husband measured his foot and we ordered based on their size chart, yet they were too small. Their return system requires submitting a form that must be manually reviewed before they’ll issue a return label—one you have to pay shipping for. I submitted my request on December 3rd and, despite following up, all I’ve received is an automated AI response saying my inquiry would be escalated. It’s now December 10th and no one has contacted me. To have this gift in time for Christmas, I’ve had to place a second order while still waiting for any update on my return. If my husband didn’t really want these, I would not have purchased from this company again.

These are very comfortable. They have great grip against the bottom of your foot when they are wet. The outsole is also very grippy.
